Hello lovelies ! It has been a very on time since I posted a booktag ! I was tagged by Jesse from Booksatdawn. Thank you so much Jesse !

1. A popular book or series you didn’t like

The Book Thief by Markus Zusak which was a DNF for me.

Yeah, I know I know, everyone seems to love it. Well, not me.
The POV was too cold, too impersonal for my liking.

The story I found interesting though.

 

2. A popular book or series that everyone else seems to hate but you love.

The Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer.

I first read it when I was a teen and I loved it so much ! I reread it multiple times since then and I still enjoy it !

I haven’t read it in the past 3 years or so so maybe I would enjoy it less than I used to, who knows !

3. A love triangle where the main character ended up with the person you did NOT want them to end up with (warn people for spoilers) OR an OTP that you don’t like.

Up until today, It didn’t happen !

 

4. A popular genre that you hardly reach for.

Biography, autobiography, books written by actors, these kind of books.

 

5. A popular or beloved character that you do not like.

I am currently reading A Court Of Mist And Fury by Sarah J. Maas and let’s say that right now, I’m not really carrying him in my heart, if you know what I mean !

I know it’s the Unpopular opinion, but I had to talk about this book ! I am currently obsessed with this trilogy haha !

6. A popular author that you can’t seem to get into.

Hmm… I don’t think it ever happened.

7. A popular book trope that you’re tired of seeing.

The chosen one. With his faithful trope. I’ve read this story so many times ! So it needs to b very well written or with an original element in order for me to enjoy it.

8. A popular series that you have no interest in reading..

The Fifty Shades series by E. L. James.

I know “Never say never” but I’m really not interested in reading this series.
And I am not interested in watching the movies neither. Not if I can avoid it !

 

9. The saying goes “The book is always better than the movie”, but what movie or T.V. show adaptation do you prefer more than the book?

That’s a tough one ! Hmmm…. Oh I know ! Game of Thrones !
