This is The Maze Runner’s sequel. I read the book years ago so it’s a little blurry in my mind but this time I think the movie adaptation is different from the book.

I don’t recall every details of the book but I certainly can say that the movie differs from the book. It doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy the movie, trust me ! I really enjoyed it to be honest. As I said in my post about The first movie, I’m not a fan of James Dashner’s writing style. So I like the movies more, for once.

This movie has all the ingredients of a good action movie. I prefer the first movie of course because of the maze. But The Scorch Trials is action action packed, fast paced and let’s not forget a good dose of drama ! I got scared more than once even though I knew what to expect ! I can’t wait to read the last book so I can watch the movie haha !!

The casting is as good as in the previous movie !
